I had a few injuries from regular work out in the past. Jan has helped me to stay injury-free in the last couple of years. I get "tuned up" as I would like to call it after each visit. We just bought a massage chair at home but it is not the same as Jan's magic hands. She is a kind soul and extremely knowledgeable about what she does.
