Pamela is a gifted massage therapist. She has created a lovely space in downtown Northampton to work her magic. I've been fortunate to experience massage for years and would definately say Pamela is one of the best practioners I've been lucky enough to meet. You will love the experience!

I can't comment on the massage because I never had an appointment. Unfortunately, it never it made it that far. I was in desperate need of some specialized therapy as a last attempt to avoid surgery on an ongoing Achilles Tendonosis problem. I purchased a Groupon and contacted 'Pam' via the website. I didn't hear back within 24 hours business day so I sent a text as the website suggests. I sent the text in the morning and received a response that night saying that she would respond that same evening, which was a Friday. I was trying to make an appointment for Monday. I never heard another word. On Monday, I informed Pam that I was canceling the Groupon as I feel she is not in need of business. My personal expectation is that it shouldn't be a five day process to schedule an appointment with someone. I purchased another Groupon with Alexandre Pazmandy, LMT, CPMT and was able to schedule my appointment immediately, online. I am going today. if he's any good, he will be obtaining a weekly customer. Just saying..she may be the best massage in this part of the world, but I am too busy and too impatient for the scheduling process. Respectfully, I would recommend online scheduling options.
