I started dancing with Positivity Africana and Aimee and Su Su six months ago and I feel stronger and healthier both physically and mentally. It’s wonderful! I feel like I’m part of a group - not just a class. I’d go every day if I could!

It’s been a year and a half now and Aimee’s classes have become a mandatory part of my week. Aimee’s classes are all about laughing, getting strong, and showing up authentically. I love Aimee’s functional strength training, Susu’s Zumba class, and Aimee’s Afrobeats class when my schedule allows. Doing all these things has made my wellbeing soar, not just in my physical health, but my mental and emotional health too. My virtual strength training and Afrobeat classes with Aimee are high points in my week. What an absolute gem!! Such a cute shop with beautiful handcrafted pieces of art, clothing and jewelry curated with care. I love the opportunity to support the artists and connection to Africa. We are lucky to have direct cultural access here in Noho. I took home some brass shell earrings that are stunning and great quality. Aimee is wonderful to talk to and truly invested in her community and supporting others. Parking is convenient in the garage. Highly recommend!
