Don't understand how when a person goes to have surgery and has to go to the hospital to manage pain gets mistreated. Also that if some one comes in with his or hers discharge paper and was told that to bring them when they come in to collect there bottles daily or monthly. Then get told it's anytime that they go and get discharge that it's everything we'll update your rules and make sure everyone knows instead of making them small about themselves selvs. I think tha anyone that works there should at leat have some type of past or some experience with addiction before seeming all high and mighty. There is only one person tha can feel that way and he barely feels that way and that is the mighty God/ creator

This clinic is by far the best one I have been to!!!! I have guess dosed at the clinics in Greenfield and I gotta say the clinic on Kenwood the nurse there are nice and it wasn't all to packed but the one on miles st is a zoo with not so nice ppl at my clinic (Noho) the staff is wicked nice and not scary at all they try and make u feel safe and comfortable the best they can when I was first trying to go get help to get clean I was so scared idk how it was going to be or if the ppl working there was going to give u them judgmental looks an I gotta say I have NOT gotten that look at all from them they actually want to help u with whatever problems or issues your having if your in the market for a change and wanna get clean I really think you should try this place out and if it's to far from your house they can set you up with a pt1 to help u get there really wat do you gotta lose??? 🙂😉

Staff can be very unprofessional and rude at times, nurses are helpful and polite but can also be very unpredictable with the way they treat clients. I also was pushed by the staff and nurses to get a higher dose even when i felt i didnt need it.

All the staff are very friendly and encourage people even when they relapse. Lately there have been raffles, snacks, and decorations everywhere. It has been nice to see

Staff is extremely rude and does not help with problems. If a therapist is out and doesn't call you apparently it's the patients fault. They will not explain problems that you have and how to resolve them. They make up rules for different people and you can't do anything about it. No wonder why employees keep leaving

If it wasn't for HCRC in Northampton and Jayne I don't think I would still be here. They are so kind and patient and caring. Even when I moved I didn't want to leave here so it is worth the extra drive. Nursing staff is amazing and totally feel like family💗💗

This clinic is the best in the area. They have a no tolerance policy for any kind drug related activity anywhere near their property. Great staff and nurses that are caring, respectful, and supportive. Always feel I'm treated with respect and without bias. Would recommend for anyone seeking methadone or suboxone treatment for opiate addiction. I have multiple years of sobriety because of medication assisted addiction therapy.
