At The Body Center pilates studio we offer private and group classes for individuals looking to challenge themselves in a motivating environment. Studio is so clean, with great equipment (reformers, props, etc)teachers are wonderful, patient, encouraging and make you feel comfortable. Classes are different each time, which keeps you feeling motivated!
I highly recommend The Body Center Pilates Studio. It is a Woman and privately owned Studio, where Erin, the Owner and an Instructor, truly cares about her Clients, their satisfaction. She is purposeful in increasing her Clients strength with each class. I have been a studio member (8 classes/month) for over 8 months, and with Erins' help, I have increased my core strength 10 fold and counting. Erin, is a superb, experienced Pilates instructor who makes every class both fun and challenging. She methodically talks her students through every position while explaining how each move strengthens, open and stretches each muscle group. I have also met alot of new Pilates friends and highly recommend this Studio.

Erin has done an excellent job at intuitively understanding my goals and back issues limitations to come up with an individualized Pilates program. In the past, I’ve experienced a wide variety of PT and used a strength trainer, but I her Pilates has been the most beneficial of all modalities. Before Body Center, I never really understood Pilates, but now I highly recommend it if you are looking to get a handle on improving core strength, posture and flexibility.
One of the best Pilates studios I’ve been to, having tried many of them everywhere I’ve lived, from New York to London. A gem in Brookline with equally talented instructors, each with a slightly different style, which keeps things fresh. The studio itself is clean and well designed, though I might prefer some additional mirrors for self-corrections. Stott reformers are in good condition. The only frustration I have is not always being able to attend when I want to; some days only have afternoon classes, not mornings. I also really appreciate when instructors give variations / progressions for specific exercises to make them gentler or harder, depending on an individual’s ability or conditioning.

Discovered this place thanks to a Nift coupon. The building in which is located is pretty old and not that inviting from outside but the actualy studio is very nice as you can see from the pic. The workout is efficient, Erin, one of the trainer, is very professional and help to adjust poses when needed. I would totally come back.
Erin and her team offer a great variety of classes that challenge you and keep you fit. I appreciate the scheduling flexibility and classes rarely get canceled. The other attendees create a community of motivation, and I look forward to getting there to keep me out of physical therapy.
