Great experience!. The spa is neat, clean and well-appointed. As for the massages, they are absolutely superb. I've seen Susan a few times and she is THE Best! She is polite, friendly and very accommodating. I would not go anywhere else.

I've explored traditional Chinese massage extensively, seeking out therapists both in China and the US, and Moon stands out as exceptional. As a licensed masseuse, her attention to detail and exceptional communication skills set her apart. Having experienced a shoulder dislocation in the past, occasional pain is a recurring issue for me, but Moon's mastery of her craft is truly remarkable. With just an hour of treatment, she alleviates my discomfort effectively. Moreover, her genuine care for her clients is evident in her meticulous maintenance of a clean environment. Without hesitation, I confidently declare Moon to be one of the finest therapists in the Greater Boston area.

I have been going to Tri Zen Serenity Spa for a long time. Teresa, the owner is wonderful, always welcoming. I like that the spa uses stones and the massages are amazing. Last year I had knee surgery and tendinitis and the massage decreased my pain immensely

Been coming here for years with my wife. Favorite place around. Excellent massage. Clean, comfortable, unpretentious environment. They ran the downstairs nail spa for a while and we visited a few times, always happy with the work. They did some restructuring recently with the nail spa changing owners. We miss the ladies who moved on (🫶😭) but we had a great experience with Theresa and Moon and look forward to many more. The place looked nice with some recent renovations.

Had a gel manicure two weeks ago which was good- great shoulder massage and paraffin wax. Scheduled a manicure and upgraded pedicure today which includes paraffin wax and five minute stone massage. During the manicure, which includes a shoulder massage and paraffin wax as well, the manicurist forgot to trim my cuticles on one hand and forgot to file my thumb nail. She did after I brought it to her attention. She then painted my nails and asked me to dry. No lotion, paraffin wax or shoulder massage. I asked the owner/manager why these were not included this time and her response was “she forgot”. The owner/manager said she would charge me $15 for the manicure since she forgot but then realized the manicurist had to remove my prior gel polish, so decide to add a $5 charge. Horrible customer service.

Absolute worst experience ever. My wife and daughter went for pedicures. Basically they soaked their feet and changed the polish for $35 each. Zero communication- no toe nails cut - no callous removal. Paint is still on their skin around their toes. Adding insult to it they attempted to charge them twice and insisted they show the receipt from 3 minutes ago as proof. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE They did do the favor of disappearing before they could leave an obligatory tip.

A friend introduced me to Tri Zen and I thank my lucky stars every time I return because this place is heaven on earth. So clean, so peaceful, professional, and the best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever received. I am particular with my nails so I appreciate the patience and attention to detail I’ve received from every technician I’ve had. Ive had the best massage in my life and cured hip pain thanks to Moon, she really is the best! I am so grateful to have found such an amazing place!!

Excellent massage. Amanda is the best. Clean facilities, nice tranquil music, convenient parking, 90 minutes at a reasonable price. I’ve been seeing Amanda for about a year and she is always polite and when I leave my soreness is a distant memory!
