I was contacted and scheduled my appointment where they collected my insurance and billing information. I requested in-person services but was only offered telehealth. (Even though their website says they have both). Before my appointment, they leave me a voicemail asking for my insurance information again. I return their call and leave a voicemail providing it. I also send a follow-up email providing them with my insurance. My first appointment with them was a no-call no-show on their end. Apparently, their team mixed up the times for my appointment and completely dropped the ball. Now once my appointment was rescheduled I finally had my telehealth call with the therapist. She was distracted at times during our call. (Exactly what I was concerned about which is why I wanted in-person sessions). During my session, there was no discussion about needing my insurance information again. After my session, I sent in that I would not be seeking additional services for now via telehealth. I requested if a counselor that was in person became available I would like to be on the list to schedule. I NEVER received a response. A week goes by and I am still getting notifications about my next session via telehealth even though I've already canceled it. So I decided to reach out to the counselor to see why I am still on the schedule. Once again she tells me she dropped the ball and will take care of it. But also throws in the fact that somehow their team still doesn't have all the information needed for my insurance. They've lost my information several times, missed my appointment, seemed distracted on my call and when I say I want to look at other options for therapy they don't respond and keep me on the schedule. Now they send me emails threatening to put a $180 balance (Full price because they never billed my insurance) into collections. I would HIGHLY not recommend wasting your time here.

I didn't have many expectations going into my first appointment with Bella at MetroWest. I've struggled with food and weight my entire 38 years on this planet. I've been working with a psychotherapist for years and making great strides with my image and self worth issues, but food and weight was still a struggle for me. Within the first 15 minutes of meeting Bella at Metrowest, she had positively identified a major issue I had with food that I didn't even know I had. My life has literally changed so much in the very, very brief time I've worked with Bella at Metrowest. She is so kind and genuinely interested in helping people recover from diet culture, even when they don't realize how badly they've been affected by it. Truly, this place has changed my life - and my future.

I'm so thankful that I found Metrowest Nutrition. I began seeing my provider in October of 2020 and have continued to see them now. The intake process was simple and their billing team has helped me with any insurance issues that I have had along the way. They are very transparent and always make sure that all my questions are answered. Metrowest Nutrition is very inclusive of all backgrounds and their health at every size approach is so wonderful. I never leave a session feeling invalidated in anyway. I highly recommend Metrowest Nutrition for nutrition counseling that is science based, inclusive to everyone, and non judgemental.

I have felt so supported by everyone at Metrowest! I met with a dietician for a few sessions (that I was told would be covered by my insurance provider). Firstly, I had a really positive experience with my dietician, who listened and helped provide me with a useful framework and understanding around my food choices. Secondly, and most importantly - my insurance provider has been VERY hard to track down payment and keeps denying the claims put in for my sessions by Metrowest. That said - the team at Metrowest have been exceedingly patient, kind and have been working to track down the payment on my behalf - this has been a HUGE help and relieves a lot of undue burden. I am so appreciative to everyone at Metrowest for being so great!

Metrowest Nutrition is a breath of fresh air. The staff are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional - and cutting edge. I would highly recommend them for adults and kids (and parents) looking for support in building a lifelong healthy relationship with food.

Not the honest business. They charge tremendous amounts for visits. Not h5elpful at all -at least for a member of my family. They refuse to accept some insurances, even those which agree to cover 100% for services provided by out-of -network providers. Finally they agreed to bill insurance for some months (not for all visits), got double payments for February 2018- from insurance and out of patient's pocket- and now refuse to provide refund to the patient. They just hold the money in the amount of more than $800 saying that this credit will be used in the future if insurance does not pay them?!. Insurance agreed to cover all the claims but is waiting since August for Metrowest Nutrition to submit medical records there. They did not submit claims to insurance for June and July not notifying patient on this. Patient paid out of pocket for all the visits from 2/2018 until 10/18/18. They got all that money out of patient's pocket and tell the patient that there is a huge outstang balance on the account. All they care is about money which as said above was already totally paid by patient. They have no right to hold patient's refund. My opinion is: using their service is waste of time and money. Got the response from owner. All she is talking about is not the truth. They did not get any Case Manager at insurance to be assigned to the case. That Case Manager existed from the first day of coverage under that insurance. The owner does not answer to the demand to refund the money they got for February 2018 and a few other appointments from both patient and insurance. They hold patient's money on their account and probably getting the interest over owed amount. They stated they actively working with insurance now. All they do is trying to get payments for visits in the end of October and November. As I said before they worried about money only. The owner says their services are helpful but results can not be seen to anyone but patient only. I am a mother and I state that my daughter's condition got much worse since March of 2017 when she started attending this office. What they did for over the year and a half as professionals? Collected money from insurances and patient for same visits and still refuse to provide refund? They advise me to contact my daughter on the details. I know about all false emails they send to my daughter since last week. In their statements they say that they are trying to help my daughter to get insurance problems solved... They lie about everything, and the owner does not answer to the direct question: why they have not still refund for the previous months. Addition to the owner's response and my answer to her on 12/03/18: the owner says that I am frustrated trying to get reimburesenebt. LIE! I am trying to get refund from Metrowest for the previous services after they got paid by insurance and my daughter. They stopped my daughter to continue coming to their office not because insurance denied those services but because we wrote negative but honest reviews which they did not obviously liked to be published. Insurance approved their services and paid for those approved visits. So far Insurance insurance has not paid for some visits because Metrowest Nutrituon has not submitted required medical records along with their claims. Insurance is still waiting for the medical proofs from Metrowest Nutrition in order to process those claims. Again, I am not talking about anything else at this point but about a huge amount of refund for double paid visits. The billing system at Metrowest Nutrition is a fraud. Or maybe the owner is still not aware of the serious discrepancies in her company's billing?

Nikki Vance has played a pivotal role in overcoming my eating disorder and continued progress in recovery. I highly recommend Metrowest Nutrition. I've been seeing Nikki Vance for over a year. She is very experienced, non judgmental and has become a critical support in my recovery. The office is convenient and cheerful too!
