I’ve been training at Bodyscapes for two years and am so happy with the results. My trainer Julie sets up programs which align with my goals and makes sure I am doing the exercises safely and correctly. She pushes me to challenge myself and I feel comfortable asking questions and trying new exercises. The gym has trainers with years of experience who care about their clients. It is a great environment to reach your fitness goals!

This is a great gym. I started coming here in the hopes of getting in better shape and to give exercise more priority in my schedule. It was really a great decision. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to having you learn good form. I have worked with a number of different trainers over the years and have been happy with the gains in my strength and overall fitness. I look forward to my sessions and recommend that you give them a try.

I have been working out at One2One BodyScapes for over twelve years. Working with a personal trainer is motivating, and the trainers I have worked with always find ways to accommodate whatever issues and pains I have (and at eighty, I have my share). Working around other clients feels supportive rather than competitive. I do not make excuses to avoid going, which I might if I belonged to a conventional gym.

Working out with a trainer has been just the thing I needed to encourage me to take the time to get strong and back in shape. It is worth every penny. Each trainer is experienced, friendly, and thoughtful as we work together to reach my goals. No one has ever made me feel awkward as I started getting back into the exercise routine I had dropped over the years. The trainers explain each exercise so I can do it correctly and effectively. It is a very friendly atmosphere and the trainers are excellent.

I have been working out here for about 4 years, mainly with Heath who is very knowledgeable and nice and has recently become certified in massage so he can help with the occasional muscle knot. The facility is kept clean and has all the equipment that’s required. It’s all personal training and the trainers all seem nice and qualified. A good vibe overall.

I started back at BodyScapes over a year ago and I'm very happy to be back. The trainers push you just enough...always challenging you but never hurting you. I can definitely feel myself getting stronger, and I love that fact that it's a different workout every time. Highly recommend!
