She's easy to talk to, and not only helps with food options/recipes, but she can also recommend helpful tests, supplements, scales, etc. Since I've been working with Katie, I've lost 65 pounds and I'm well on my way to making it to my goal weight. Katie saved my life! I was struggling with GERD/Gastritis for a few months and my doctor would tell me to just wait till it gets better, be patient, keep doing what I am doing, couldn't address any of my intolerances and suggested relying on medication for as long as I need. I felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel and no hope for recovery. Katie was able provide me with a detailed list of foods I should avoid, foods I should focus on, and meals that I can cook for myself in a day. After one month of following her diet my symptoms are gone and I feel like a normal person again. Katie is extremely professional, knowledgeble, attentive and willing to help. She called me before the appointment to check in, then after our first meeting she sent a follow-up with the plan right away on the same day. Her website lets you track your own food, post pictures and reach out to her for support. Very pleased with the experience and grateful that professionals like Katie exist!

Working with Katie is a pleasure! I didn't want to be on a "diet", but wanted to feel better and try to eat as healthy as I could. I feel much more in control after doing the balanced body program. After getting into the habit of prepping and planning a few hours a week, (if that!) it becomes routine and doesn't feel like a job. It's just what I do, and it's worth it! On November 4th, this past year I began seeing Katie Janeczek, Nutritionist. For three years I have been unable to fully commit to many aspects of daily life with IBS. I maintained a gluten free diet for several years to no avail. No matter what I ate eventually I would have a flare which left me weak and anxious. After 2 1/2 months, I have my life back. My goal was to hopefully find a better quality of life and be able to go out to eat, take day trips without concern. It's never easy to completely change everything about what you eat, BUT if it means you can be whole again that changes everything. Katie is a game changer! If I have a question, I email her and get a quick response. These are just a few of what I eat: fruit, veggies, eggs, protein such as steak, poultry, fish, nuts, smoothies and more, and I am never hungry. All good things. Katie is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, is a great listener, and is very good at explaining things in a way that can be understood. Even though she is very successful with weight loss, she helped me reduce my cholesterol by 47 points. I now know what I should and shouldn't eat, have an understanding of how different foods effect cholesterol and my general health, but can do this without obsessing over it.
