I'm a physical therapist who found Linda Abel on Next Door. I had been looking for a trainer who understood the concept of starting low and going slow with my patients who were frequently re-injuring themselves at the gym, overdoing, or not making progress because of under training. Linda is highly motivating and knows exactly the right amount of exercise to avoid injury and make steady gains. What drew me to Linda is her extensive knowledge of functional nutrition so that she could coach her clients in how to nourish their bodies, lose weight if needed while building muscle. Linda Evdu has been a great find for me and my wife. We're 74 and lead active lives, but sought a personal trainer 6 months ago as we had become relatively deconditioned following an accident. I came to Well Taken Care of with severe knee and hip pain. I was looking for someone to help with the my range of motion as well. Linda immediately got me to work on my lack of motion and weakness. She provided effective workouts that strengthen my quads and glutes to alleviate my knee and hip pain. In addition, the sessions were fun and informative. Linda has a lot of nutritional advice and knowledge. I feel healthier and stronger following Linda’s program.
