UPDATE: As you can see, the owner replied and lied to save face. He emailed me at 4:17pm asking to change the time and i replied at 4:55pm. It's all laid out in my attachments. I never contacted him via phone nor did i continue to text or email him after my review. literally ALL of our communications are attached so this guy is just plain dishonest. He should be ashamed of himself. Look at the texts and emails I attached and you decide. This guy has no qualms about baldface lying...i wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him. I honestly don't know what to say about my experience except for yikes!!!! I booked and paid almost $300 for a lymphatic massage post surgery. I booked for 12 on his own website and the charge went through. He contacts me via email later asking if he could switch to 11 and I say yes. Then later that night I get a text message from him telling me he has ANOTHER conflict and wants to change me to 230 or another day. I told him that wouldn't work for me. I asked for a refund and asked for the receipt. This is where he gets incredibly rude. Im putting all the screenshots up so you can see how it went. He obviously rearranges his clients all the time because he got me mixed up with someone else ( or he's just totally lying) . He says he only rearranged me once (not true), that he gave me 3 different time options ( not true) , that i lectured him twice (not true) and then intimated that leaving my experience in a review is blackmail. I'd say he was having a bad day but this happened over the course of 2 days. All I wanted was a lymphatic massage post gallbladder surgery to help with fluid retention! Anyway, I'm sorry to say that i wouldn't spend my enemies money here. I'm already stressed from the surgery and his treatment of me was the exact opposite of "shaka". So disappointed.

We had a great class and experience with Ed at quality of touch course. It was a 2 day. He led it with integrity, wealth of knowledge and great tips for even the most experienced massage therapists. I would highly recommend his class and I will be taking more with him for sure!

After doing a lot of research and waiting for the right time I finally went to see Edward yesterday and I am beyond happy to have found him! If you have the opportunity to do this it is a beautiful and fulfilling experience. I have had 4 cancers, so for me this was a real self care decision. Edward was absolutely amazing in every way, lomi lomi massage is a heart, body and spirit experience, and unlike anything else. I still have the feeling of peace a day later and feel like I will hold onto a long time. Thank you Edward!

Edward is excellent! I have had both the lomi lomi and prenatal/post-natal massages. Both were exceedingly relaxing and Edward does a great job focusing on the areas that cause me discomfort. I have gone through many masseuses/masseurs prior to finding Edward but once finding Edward, I will never try anyone else.

After being a licensed massage therapist for more than 25 years, I have to say Full Cheast and Breast massage is the most profound and highly missed aspect in body work I have encountered! I finally feel whole~ Thank you Edward Miano teaching this class! Your peaceful spirit and teaching style have me rethinking my entire practice!

Edward is an incredible teacher. Genuine, inclusive, lighthearted and thorough. I had an amazing experience in his full chest & breast massage class. I am so looking forward to returning for more classes. It was a lot of fun and has opened up so many possibilities for my massage practice. I highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Edward! He did a great job making us feel comfortable and educating us on how to massage each other. My husband and I left feeling closer and excited to use what we learned. We both would highly recommend going to Edwards workshop!

We had a great experience doing a Couples Massage Workshop! We wanted to learn some techniques or foundations, and this exceeded our expectations. While we both wanted to do something like this, we weren't sure if it would be awkward, and it wasn't at all - Edward made us very comfortable with the whole experience. We had a great date doing this workshop, and now feel so much more confident in massage fundamentals. Would highly recommend!
