High-Quality Products Many people underestimate the effect high-quality lotions and oils have on a spa treatment. We use natural coconut oil during our sessions. High quality herbal balls and tiger balm from Thailand can also be included with our sessions.

I’ve been to this location several times. My last two massages were not what I was expecting. The massage I had earlier this week had pressure that was too much - I asked her twice for a more gentle touch but she ignored me. The last massage I had, someone came into the room about 15-20 minutes into the massage and was whispering something to my massage therapist - my therapist proceeded to laugh. It was very uncomfortable. Also, that massage was not consistent - the left side of my body had a different massage from the right side of my body. I’ve probably had more than a few thousand massages in my lifetime and my last 2 experiences were definitely not great and, at times, uncomfortable. Please do better.
Have been getting massages for over a year at Banh thai at the Needham location and they have been consistently amazing. Would totally recommend.

Highly recommend Baan Thai, both the Newton and Needham location. Everyone is very professional! I highly recommend Penn, she is so wonderful. She gives the BEST upper back and neck massage (so if you work a desk job like me, she’s your girl!). Penn is kind and attentive to ensure the pressure is correct. I always feel so relaxed after I leave and my whole body/mind and my sleep is significantly better for several days after the massage. Thank you Penn!
Staff overall were very welcoming and friendly! I had Jerry as my therapist for a prenatal massage who did an amazing job targeting all the areas I felt needed attention. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and look forward to my next visit!

Baan Thai Spa is great, very bright and clean. Their therapists are all excellent! They do wonderful deep tissue and stretching massages. I highly recommend them!
This is my new favorite place in town! The massages are AMAZING. The place is clean. Staff is kind and communicative and the price can't be beat. If you're looking for an authentic Thai massage or some relaxation -- this is the place to go!
