We love Windy Hollow! Absolutely love Dr McCutcheon!! Amazing to deal with and shes very compassionate. She won't push for something that isn't needed and is on point with all she does!

Dr. Piwonka and her staff are absolutely wonderful. All of my questions and concerns related to Diva’s health are always answered in a kind, thorough, educated and non judgmental fashion. Diva is incredibly comfortable at Windy Hollow too and pouts when it is time to go home! We appreciate you all so much.

WOW!! Today was my first visit at Windy Hollow! Knowledgeable and welcoming vet tech Jesse greeted me and my cat. She had read his file and was super helpful. Then I got to meet the wonderful Dr M - she also had read my cat’s file and was so warm and caring with my cat. They offered helpful senior pet advice and alternatives for traditional vaccines. I learned so much today! We have great plans and care set for my three pets- 2 who are very senior. I cannot say enough about this friendly, warm, happy caring vet practice. I AM SO GLAD MY PETS WILL BE GETTING SUCH GREAT PROFESSSIONAL CARE HERE ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone at Windy Hollow is absolutely wonderful. I especially loved how communicative they were about my dog's care. And when my elderly dog was at the end of her life everyone was amazing - just the right amount of helpful, hopeful and empathic. I recommend them without reservation!

I am very pleased with Windy Hollow as a veterinary service. They can see pets quickly if needed which is much appreciated. They are full service and easy to work with. Their vets are very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I've found the staff to be the same. I have brought my pets here for urgent, routine and also surgical things and outcomes are always what I expect. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

The staff at Windy Hollow have taken the absolute best care of my sweet girl Maggie since we moved to the area in 2019. She's undergone two necessary surgeries in that time, both of which she has recovered from beautifully due to their care before, during, and after the procedures. As long as I am in Western Massachusetts, I will be taking Maggie to Windy Hollow.

I learned about Windy Hollow veterinary clinic many years ago, long before I had a pet. I am very grateful to have my dog been accepted into the care of Natalie Thompson, and every visit is informative and kind, as well as thorough and affordable. The staff are all wonderful, caring, and compassionate. Highly recommended. A++!!!

Windy Hollow is a wonderful place to bring your pets for vet services! They are so welcoming to me and my pets and I always feel like I'm not the only one that loves my pet, lol!! Not to mention that they are exceptional at what they do! There is a nice outdoor space where I can walk my dog for a pee or a poo (and there is a convenient cleanup station so I can easily cleanup after my dog and get rid of it on the spot.) I love when things are made easy and convenient for me!)
