Good selection of weights and machines, but I found the gym to be poorly serviced. A fellow gym goer told me he came in and dusted the whole gym himself because he has a dust allergy and the place wasn’t getting cleaned. I was trying and failing to renew my membership for weeks, because there weren’t any staff during the supposedly staffed hours, before I gave up and switched to TCAP. The pricing is cheap, though, so if you don’t care about the above problems, it might be good for you.

Family designed facility kids can enjoy the pool while parents get a workout, then relax in the sauna or hot tub. Great racket ball and squash courts as well!
