Pete, Sydney, Cassie, and the entire staff at the Medford Professional Physical Therapy are very friendly, knowledgeable, and energetic. They make the entire process less of a chore and more of an enjoyable experience at every session. The facility is also very clean and machines are all in very good shape. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I came to this location to address lower back pain near my sacrum, which had been exacerbated by the increasing responsibilities of moving and my wife’s progressing pregnancy. Both Cassie and Pete are exceptionally professional, taking the time to listen attentively and provide thoughtful suggestions without being overbearing as you navigate your healing journey. I've had positive experiences at all three PPT locations I've visited, but the environment fostered by the therapists and interns here holds a special place in my memory. I wish I could find a gym like this—the uplifting positive attitude and remarkable flexibility make a difference all on their own.

I got treated by Pete, Cassie and the team for a number of months following rotator cuff tear surgery. They brought me from not even being able to lift my arm back to full range of motion and regained strength. Plus, they did it with good cheer, much patience (I'm not a great patient!), and all sorts of knowledge and resources. I highly recommend the team.

Professional PT in Medford is an amazing place! The PTs are all extremely knowledgeable and really know what they’re doing. Not only that but, they so caring and compassionate. Pete and Cassie make doing exercises fun! Syd is a wonderful addition to the staff and is just as caring as other staff! Gina is so friendly! She greets everyone with a bright smile! I just finished my PT for my knee with Pete at Professional Physical Therapy. Excellent care, excellent results, appointment times were convenient, services were professional and really focused on what I needed to recover. We also covered what I need to do to continue strengthening my knee to prevent issues in the future. I received treatment tailored to my specific needs and issues and Pete really listened to my many questions and responded with tools, exercises and feedback that helped right away. Can’t recommend Pete and his team enough! Plus they had a great playmix in the morning!
