Engaging Nutrition is a private nutrition practice based on the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts, serving adults, families and children throughout the United States. Liana DeLoid is the principal owner and dietitian. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and also has earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion.
Liana's Engaging Nutrition Kids afterschool class is just amazing! I had the unique experience to sit in her class as my son got "warmed up" to new friends. I was able to witness how great she and her daughter are with kiddos and introducing them to new foods, keeping everything clean and sanitized and rolling with whatever it is little ones tend to do on a whim. In this class, Mrs. Liana introduced the class to healthy cereal as a snack while also showing and having the class try the two different smoothie types. Highly recommend!

Liana was amazing!!! I have two crazy girls, a five and three year old, and she didn’t bat an eye at the chaos we brought into her lovely office. She had great suggestions regarding how to broaden our food choice spectrum, and was really good at reaching the kids at their level. She was truly engaging- like her business says! Over the course of several months I learned how to manage meals much more easily, and my kids learned about why nutrition is important. Liana is amazing!
Liana is amazing!!! This is the first time I have been successful with diet and healthy eating habits. I have lost over 25 pounds. Liana helped me learn how to select foods and plan meals. We talked about specific products. I tried to work with dieticians/nutritionists in the past. For the most part, they showed me a food pyramid or colored plate of foods and said to work with this. There was no help with the selection or planning. This is a great new world.

Liana was a dream to work with! I have always been very active through out life and never paid attention to my diet or the food I was consuming. After I got married I put on a lot of "happy weight", and I knew I needed to get back to living a healthier life style. After trying to follow online diets on my own I saw no improvement and actually noticed I was gaining more weight. I was introduced to Liana through my gym and ever since I have gained a new appreciation and understanding to living a sustainable/ balanced lifestyle! Her meal suggestion were so helpful and it never felt like I was on a "diet". I lost almost 20lbs from February to May and I feel so healthy!
