Apple Spa in Mansfield MA - Professional Massage Only in Mansfield

Visiting from out of town. Have been to lots of spas and massages over the years. Truthfully, the place made me a bit nervous when I went it. It’s not fancy and the massage oil was cold. However, the massage was AMAZING! Cindy did an incredible job and got knots out I didn’t know I had. We didn’t talk much and she checked in twice to make sure the pressure was okay. But I haven’t had a head to toe massage that felt both therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Cindy for a great massage!

My partner and I have had a couple really great couples massages at Apple Spa. Booking online is quick and easy, I did NOT use a Groupon so there were no restrictions. The room is rather small but intimate. Our masseuses starting asked our pressure preferences but other than that no other questions were asked, for instance target areas. Two things I noticed that were different for me from other massaged I've had were the tapotement technique and the scalp scratch/massage. The tapotement technique I could have probably done without but the scalp massage was amazing. There is a cash discount, I believe $20 off. In my opinion $150 before a discount is pretty affordable for a 60 minute massage for two.

This business is extremely unprofessional! My friend and I wanted to use a Groupon for a massage and were instructed to text a number to apply the Groupon deal. After texting the number and attempting to book an appointment they told us they had no availability on the day we chose(1/20/25) if using Groupon. They then mentioned that we could pay cash and had full availability THE SAME DAY and time of our choosing. We confirmed that we would pay cash and not use the Groupon deal. They quoted $140 for a 60 minute couples massages. Today, my friend received very confrontational and accusatory text messages as well as a voicemail from this business. They accused her of texting their phone and still trying to use the Groupon and "playing games". My friend had not had contact with this business since confirming the cash payment on 1/11/25. They then told her that she is not welcome there and said they would respond to any reviews left. They then accused her of "always changing her statement" and accused her of calling again and attempting to use the Groupon and then blocked her. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculously unacceptable! DO NOT BOOK HERE, they treat paying customers with disrespect! I have screenshots of the messages and a voicemail that I wish I could post as well! DO NOT BOOK

I work nights and beat up my body pretty good. About every 6 weeks I get a massage at Apple Spa. I highly recommend it. Clean, friendly and the therapists are great at talking to you about the proper pressure throughout the hour. I always walk in around 6’2” and walk out 6’4”. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

My wife and I went for a 90 min couples massage yesterday. It was our first time here - we found it online. The location was convenient with easy street parking right outside. The facility was clean and comfortable and our massages were great. We will definitely be going back in the future

I accidentally booked on Monday, and came in on Sunday! But the therapists were so kind and they were able to squeeze us in for an hour couple massage. Very relaxing, very clean, and a lovely atmosphere!

I’m actually so upset writing this review I had to wait a few days to post it. I booked a massage this past Saturday and it was the worst experience of I’ve ever had getting a massage. The massage I received was horrible to put it politely, the woman who was massaging me was not relaxing at all she dug into me with her elbows and kept poking at me with her fingertips, in no way shape or form was what I received a real massage. I asked for hot stones which was an up charge, she took the stones and literally rubbed them up and down my back for maybe 45 seconds.. and continued to elbow me in the neck. She also got in the table!?! Like whole body knees up on the table with her body hovering over me!!! Why I have no clue… she kept kneeling on my hair and I kept moving so she would get off.. she literally got on the table above me 3 separate times!? Like ma’am what are you doing? Nothing about the experience was pleasant or relaxing. It was so chaotic in the middle of the service someone came in the building (you could hear the front door bell chime) and they literally ran out of the room in the middle of my service and left the door open!!! During the massage it wasn’t painful except when she was stepping on my hair.. but it wasn’t enjoyable and after it literally hurt to move it’s Tuesday and my neck is still in so much pain! I had to book a physical therapy appointment… The place is clean sure I’ll give it that but it’s cold and dark and empty and I should have left when I entered the establishment and was less than impressed and I should have probably gotten up and left in all the chaos but I was trying to tell myself it would get better and to trust the process but I should have trusted my gut. Also they didn’t actually massage any other part of my body either they assaulted my neck and just rubbed lotion on the rest of me.. and the lotion smelled bad like it was old. When I say the worst experience ever! I cannot stress that enough! Seriously I give myself a better massage after the shower when I’m putting my moisturizer on… Go literally anywhere else. I’m sorry but that whole hour was horrific and unacceptable.
