When you arrive at The Alley | Yoga Collective and Authorized lululemon Retailer, expect to feel something different. Here, movement is a way of life—on and off the mat. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it does have to be done daily. Our roots are in vinyasa (flow) yoga, but our mission is simple: we unlock (limitless) potential by crafting immersive Blue Zone-inspired experiences that make well-being a sustainable way of life. We do it all – from Hot Power Yoga to Barre and Yoga-Sculpt, to Unwind classes and private sessions — for everybody and everyBODY. {The Alley, initially established in 2017, was rebranded in 2024. The Power Up Yoga classes are my favorite and I have been going to The Yoga Shop for quite a few years. It is a supportive business that has a positive community. The Yoga Shop offers a multitude of classes and through the process of the stamp gathering for the October Raffle Challenge, I enjoyed the Power Down, Liv Free, Sunrise, Sunset, and Barre classes. There are workshops, kids’ classes, and partnering with local vendors and wellness sources. I never regret going to yoga and consistently love it even if some of the work is difficult!
Update 3/11/2025: This studio never disappoints! The instructors are the absolute best and the owner sets the bar as she's hands down one of the best instructors and overall humans. I can't say enough about what this place means to me. Thank you for everything! I visited this studio for the first time today and took my first hot yoga class ever. It was a life changing experience. The teachers, the other students, the staff and the owner were all so welcoming and warm! I’d highly recommend the experience to anyone looking to learn or deepen their yoga practice.

Allison, the owner is great. Her classes are very motivational. The facility is very clean. And the hot/warm yoga just adds to the great experience. Definitely try this place!!
I took my first class here on a Friday evening with Alison and I enjoyed it. It was my first time visiting this beautiful studio and Alison was so welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! She helped me register and gave me a tour of the studio. She taught a really nice heated flow class and then made the extra effort to come ask me how I liked the class after it was over. I will definitely be back and hope to bring friends! Thanks Alison and team for opening this new studio and best of luck to you for a successful and fulfilling future! ❤️ Rebecca B
