I used to be very active for the most of my life before being injured. I finally decided to hire a trainer to help me, seeing as physical therapy hadn’t helped much. I ended up going with Sam because she had a tiered program and super customizable. She not only helped me find a pain-free regimen, but actually made me stronger than I have been in a very long time, in just a few months! I saw better results following her workout plan 3-5 days a week than I had pushing myself to the limit at the gym 6 days a week. I went from chronic pain while just walking around my house to lifting, running, hiking, and climbing, with record recovery times! I hadn’t touched a bike in DECADES due to knee issues, but she had got me to a place where I’m able to do spin classes now! There’s always a way to work out around an injury without pain, and her goal is to make you self sufficient and to be better than you were before. HIGHLY recommend!!

I really enjoy the education she provides, the new routines every four weeks and the one on one guidance. I can honestly say I have learned so much through this process!
