ConvenientMD Urgent Care in Ludlow

They do not explain or disclose any costs associated with care. Once your bill is finished weeks later they will immediately spam you with phone calls and texts, regardless of you paying in full or in installments. Previously I've used urgent care facilities as a cheaper and quick alternative for minor issues but you may as well just go to the hospital or ER, the cost will be similar and your insurance will be more helpful. Sadly the staff here was nice and seem to be doing their best but the corporate/billing side of this operation is sketchy at best and ruins the entire point of an urgent care facility

Visited Ludlow, 7 PM Easter Saturday. Receptionist very friendly, professional, and helpful. Treated by Sam and James. They were very caring, personable, knowledgeable, professional, with a very calming manner. (Great sense of humor!) Finished up with Avery, equally friendly, caring and professional. Great place to go when you need medical assistance.

Highly recommend this place for any minor and even medium injuries. They have treated me for broken bones and large cuts needing stitches as well as covid. Staff is always great. They get busy at times but definitely nothing like going to the ER and you can make appointments online so you don't have to sit there waiting.

My first time ever at a urgent care facility & im not disappointed. I reserved my time on their website & was called in at that time. Nurses & PA I met with were great! It’s super clean inside as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Always a great experience when we go here. The wait is reasonable, staff is welcoming and providers are helpful. Was able to help my 11 month old on a Sunday without having to go to an ER or hope for an appointment with his primary care the following day. So grateful for this urgent care! Facility is clean as well!

What an experience. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Great check in process. The live queue line was great to know. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve been to other urgent care closer to home but I rather come here. Thank you to all!

First time ever going to an Urgent Care clinic and not going to lie, they were definitely faster than the emergency room... I went in because I couldn't hear out of my left ear, mind you I'm constantly cleaning it out. Well, apparently not because they found I had A LOT OF EAR WAX BUILD UP!!! 😳 I know, kinda gross but they flushed my ear out a good couple of times and I can now hear again!

When I arrived the place was full of potential patients. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours. I decided to wait and was seen in less than an hour and a half. Everyone was very nice and professional. They checked me out thoroughly and within 1/ minutes or so. They then had to test some of my samples taken and I was relieved with quick results.Everyone there was friendly and professional. I was out the door within 20 minutes. All good!
