What a fabulous business. I have used Sun Splash pools for my pool chemicals. I never realized that they work on pools, filters, and motors until recently when I had an issue with my pool filter. I spoke with the staff, we ordered what was needed and they were out the next day to fix the issue! YES! THE NEXT DAY! I was amazed... professional, friendly, and priced reasonably.... thank you Sun Splash!

I have made several visits to the store to speak to employees personally as they are hard to reach by phone or voicemail whenever I call. I have been waiting 5 months for a new spa cover, was told that the supplier in Mexico lost my order and now I have to wait until June for my cover. I’m unable to use my spa because the cover is too saturated to lift! Extremely disappointed.

My pump stopped working, I called Nancy they were completely booked but said they would work me in. Bill showed up at 9pm, what an amazing sign of dedication to his customers!!! He fixed the pump in about 30 minutes and stopped my pool from turning green.

Three times I've been here. 1st time). It was winter and we wanted a pool installation. The owner was informative and helpful. We did not get our pool through them for other reasons. 2nd time). Closed even though door says they were open. 3rd time). The guy was rude and condescending. I went there to get my water tested, which I have never done because the hubby usually does this, but when this guy realized that he made me feel like I was bothering him. Like he had better things to do. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I will never go back.

We had a leak in our 24 ft. round in the ground pool, Sun Splash Pool gave us a very reasonable estimate and sent two excellent workers to find the leak and repair it. They both were very knowledgeable and polite and found the leak and repaired the leak. A job well done we diffidently recommend Sun Splash Pools Bill and Sandy Foley

Sun Splash delivered exactly what they promised on time and at a reasonable price. Bill and Nancy worked with us to bring out custom design to life, better than we had even imagined it. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I, who am quite particular, recommend them very highly.

My experience with Sun Splash was completely unsatisfactory. We asked for an estimate of cost for finishing up the prep work and replacing liner for our inground pool. The written estimate given was $4,200. We called and accepted the offer. Bill arrived and told us he "added wrong" and the true estimate is $5,200. We did not have Sun Splash do the work. That was 3 years ago. This past year, after the tornado, we needed some glass removal and cleaning done. Bill came out at my request and said he would prepare an estimate for me, which he never did. I politely called several times, but he just kept stringing me along wasting my time. In my opinion, he is really vindictive and super rude.
