1 Moody St, Ludlow, MA 01056, United States
From my initial evaluation to my 5 month recovery ( and beyond) everyone was wonderful. My team listened to my concerns, helped to talk to my physician, and guided me on what my next steps should be. I would recommend NEOS in Ludlow to anyone who needs PT and is looking for a team that cares.
I had Anna she did a great job, but i gave only one star because the scheduling is the worse i have ever seen probably the worse in the whole state. I told them from my first appt. i need early morning which they gave me for the first 6 weeks then after that even after telling more than one person my appts were all over the place. Appts were all the way up to 4:30 so because they screwed up what was supposed to be early morning appts they said they would have to let me go for cancelling 3 appts that i could not attend due to their idea of early morning 2:30, 3:00, 4:30, 12:30. The therapy by Anna was great but the scheduling never got out of the 4th grade so if you need appts at a certain time do yourself a favor and keep looking.
I came here for a short time when I had my right knee replaced two years ago. That replacement did not work but John did everything possible to improve my knee. Then I had my left shoulder replaced in September 2023. John and Anna worked with me and my shoulder is doing well. Finally I just had the same knee replaced in August of this year and again I'm working with John. In 4 weeks my range of motion hit 121 today. John is doing a great job keeping me focused on what I need to do to continue my journey to a successful outcome. The staff is always helpful and the physical therapist's I've had are top notch. Thank You !
Great place the staff is great, polite and listen to you.
Not the place you want to go. Last PT experience I had, last year , was at Baystate PT in South Hadley and recieved excellent care. Nothing good to say about NEOS PT in Ludlow. From the time you walk up to the counter upon entering til the time they hustle you out the door you feel like a inconvenience. I did have one good experience with one of the therapists but that was it, only saw her one time. Just cancelled all future appointments.
If you need PT in Ludlow, do NOT go here. Go across the street to ATI. I started my PT after a fall and two broken legs here at NEOS, expecting they'd be good because the actual doctors at NEOS in Springfield are amazing. Boy was I wrong! Therapy is super repetitive to the point where you made no progress, and the therapists ignore you the entire time you're in there. They'll give you an exercise that takes 2 minutes and then wander off and disappear for 15, leaving you alone doing nothing. They never listened to my concerns, explained anything about my condition or my progress, and I felt they were entirely unfamiliar with my case, like they never read my files even once. The last straw was when one of the therapists pushed me too quick and too soon into an exercise I told her I would fall attempting, but she pressured me into doing it anyways, and I did indeed fall. I felt so ignored and in terrible hands that I never went back and cancelled my therapy. Every time I knew I had to go, I'd be too anxious and sick to eat or sleep the night before, and I almost gave up on PT entirely until I switched to ATI and saw doctors who actually know what they're doing.
