This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. It gives such a family feel. I’ve always found it hard to find such a specialized gym like this and it is such a gem. Special shout-out to Bobby being so kind and the two most precious gym dogs!

Awesome gym for athletes of all sports. Has a ton of equipment and everything I need for weightlifting (even kilo bumper plates!). Friendly environment to train in and the owner is kind, helpful, and responsive when you reach out to him. Highly recommend!

I was new to the area and found Spindell’s and I was instantly welcomed. They have a great variety of equipment that meets all your powerlifting strongman and functional fitness needs. This gym is truly a community and everyone is so supportive regardless of long or short you’ve been training.

I needed a place to do strongman training as I was passing through town and this was a great option. Good communication with the owner, great environment with tons of gear.

When I moved to the area I was looking for a new non-commercial gym. I was looking for a place with a culture of getting better and the equipment with which to make it happen. Shortly after moving to the area I walked into the SBC and was greeted by the owner Bobby. Before discussing prices or anything of the such he gave me a walking tour of the facilities and asked me questions about myself and what I hope to achieve. His interest in his clients and members is genuine. He also does personal training sessions and you can tell from the man's physique he knows what he's talking about. So listen up. The facilities are perfect for improving yourself in anyway you see fit. Here you will NEVER have to wait for a squat rack haha. The gym's equipment definitely caters to the strongman/powerlifting/Olympic lifting crowd but it's not at all intimidating. Bobby has instilled a culture of family and respect. It's a very close community that you will be accepted into almost immediately. Even if I don't know the person someone is always ready and willing to give me a spot or give me some advice. There is also an on site Physical Therapist/Trainer named Brett. After dislocating my shoulder I wanted to get back into lifting heavy so I had a consultation with Brett. He set me down and went over my medical history, went through an examination of range of motion and strength. Then he proceeded to show me exercises to ease back into the lifting world and make sure I don't risk reinjury. It's been a year since the injury and so far so good. Brett also does training seminars and has a YouTube channel you should subscribe to. Also occasionally Bobby/Brett will bring in there dogs. Deadlifts & dogs? Can you ask for anything better? There is no other gym I would rather train at than SBC. It simply has the best equipment, community and personnel.

Excellent gym with tons of strength training equipment. This is a gym for people of all ages and you will see that from it's members. Barbell exercising is important for every person as it makes you harder to kill than weak people and more useful in general. Most gyms map their floors with one squat rack and dozens of elliptical. Bobby has his gym decked out with multiple power racks, some of the best benches I've used, and a variety of different bars, implements, and gets new equipment when requested by his customers. Strongman training had been something I was interested in and this gym had everything to get a beginner started and able to compete.
