They take too long to give you an appointment and when your appointment finally arrives, they don't really listen to your symptoms.
I had a very pleasant experience here, they have a great location with plenty of parking and the building looks modern inside and out. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful and I thought the waiting area was comfortable although I did not have to wait very long as they were very efficient the day of my visit.
By far the best primary care I have ever experienced. The person that said the “hygiene and the cleanliness” is bad is full of it. The place is spotless.
Overall i had a good experience making appointments and seeing physicians on site. Came there with my infant, they didn’t have changing table in no bathroom which is very weird. The management let me use an exam room to change a diaper. Very odd considering its a medical site.
People working the front are capable of simple tasks, but don’t ask for anything complicated. Doctors here are mostly in a bad mood that I encountered. Nurses seem to be okay, however at least one yells and is not pleasant. Overall I’m not sure how this place keeps an accreditation. But the worst is no one seems to be able to consistently and accurately read when your appointments are or book appointments in the future. Edit: I’ve complained already and nothing was done. My entire family has had major hippa privacy problems here. This entire hospital is a joke and should lose its license to operate. Next time I see my lawyer I’m litigating.
Still making sure we wear masks, that's a good thing. My doctor and my experiences at Baystate is the only thing I can comment on. My doctor is great, we have a good relationship and he listens to me. If I have concerns, I usually bring in a list and he listens to every single thing on that list, in fact he's actually taking a list out of my hand and looked over it himself. I've had problems when he wasn't there, the on-call doctor was very thorough, and I'm thankful for that, I just happened to need x-rays and antibiotics. I would definitely personally recommend my doctor anyone that asked, but I'm not comfortable putting his name out here on the review. 👍
I agree with Gary. The building is just beautiful! The receptionists in the lobby, along with Connie in PT are warm, welcoming and helpful. I received a thorough and professional evaluation from Tim and his intern CJ from AIC. I felt listened to and had all of my questions answered. Preliminary steps were taken to address my pain and I was assigned a therapist. Regrettably, my first session appeared to be unplanned and a repeat of my evaluation session. I understand that this happens from time to time. No harm done. I have made other arrangements but appreciate the positives that were in place.
New office is super nice! Waiting room is modern and cumfy too
