If they determine you are not a candidate for a treatment you will still be charged the consultation fee that would have gone towards the treatment and you cannot use it for any other services. Other med spas charge less than a $200 consultation fee and allow you to use it for other services. I would recommend you try others with great reviews that are more flexible.

The place to go. Julia super help getting your appointment in order . Julia is also friendly just a joy to talk with . Melissa is my go to for facials , bbl,laser. She’s professional, informative and empathetic to the client. I think the office personnel reflect Dr. Brooks Great environment! That says it all Went to another place they had a bunch of young people out front absolutely no customer service! Speak to you like they are doing you a favor .forgetting your the one spending …….

I absolutely love the Spa on the Green! I've done tons of waxing and facial treatments here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is very clean in there and the staff is super friendly.

Ellen and Julia are the reason for the stars. Update: since Ellen’s departure it’s been quite difficult to get appointments that aren’t cancelled or rescheduled. Unfortunately, I have purchased several packages that now I’m regretting as there is always a cancellation due to the new aesthetician’s changing schedule. I’m going to see if they can be reimbursed. Update: Mellisa is a wonderful aesthetician and thankfully I’ve had very few hiccups since I’ve been going to her for facials.

I had the most soothing and professional experience while getting a chemical peel earlier this week! Anna Magdycz was my esthetician, and she was awesome! She is definitely an asset to the spa!
