Michelle is knowledgeable and professional as a therapist. She has a calm demeanor and I felt comfortable working with her. After just a few visits I felt improvement. I’m so happy I seeked help for a condition that I thought I just needed to deal with as I got older. She gave me hope on the initial visit and during the next few visits explained anatomy and physiology and taught me exercises and techniques. I’m so grateful to have found her, I wish I had sooner but better late than never!

I started working with Michelle when I was six weeks postpartum for cystocele and tailbone pain. She was friendly and informative immediately, and got me scheduled quickly. She is down-to-earth, compassionate, and trauma-informed making you feel safe around topics that may be uncomfortable. She helped me identify the root of an issue, manage symptoms, and was dynamic in addressing concerns as they came up to really tailor her approach to your needs. She is a true teacher who wants to empower you through learning about how your body works.

I was looking for solutions for what I would describe as complications / slow recovery from surgery. I had pharmaceutical and nerve block options, but wanted to see if I could get to a better place with therapy. I have been with Michelle about 6 weeks now, and have made great progress. If you are looking for pelvic floor solutions, please consider Michelle she has been outstanding to work with!

Michelle is a wonderful practitioner. I’ve suffered with back pain for over 10 years and she is the first provider I’ve seen who has taken the time to help me understand why I’m experiencing the pain and what I can do to help it in both the short and long term. I also saw her for pelvic floor PT during my pregnancy and she was instrumental in keeping me as comfortable as possible until the very end. She answers questions thoroughly and thoughtfully with an eye towards education. You can’t go wrong with seeing her! Although she doesn’t take insurance I’ve always been able to submit the claims myself and have no issues with reimbursement. Highly recommend!

I had been experiencing hip pain for years. Michelle was able to figure out what was going on and gave me practical tools and exercises to heal. I could ask her any question and she compassionately and thoroughly answered all of them. I am so extremely thankful for her help. if you are looking for a pelvic floor specialist… Look no further.

If you’re looking for a great pelvic floor physical therapist, look no further! I saw Michelle when I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and she was the one who prepared me for birth. I had my baby a month early, so I missed the birthing classes I had signed up for that were closer to my due date. The main reason I felt calm was because I had those many different strategies from Michelle that I took with me and I’m so grateful for it. I am now seeing Michelle postpartum and am already learning so much again. To everyone who is pregnant or postpartum, I can’t recommend Michelle enough! You’ll be surprised with how much pelvic floor PT truly helps!

Cannot recommend Michelle & Brighter Days enough! I found Michelle through my yoga studio, and have years of unresolved chronic pain due to an old tailbone injury. Michelle was the first medical professional to pinpoint, diagnose and help alleviate my pain. She also helped me in my fertility journey, and is incredibly knowledgeable about pregnancy & women’s health in general. She is a fantastic resource to the community and often generous with her time when supporting local communities. Most recently she donated her time to co-teach a women’s prenatal yoga class, and taught pregnant women how to activate and strengthen their pelvic floor (both in yoga and in labor). Would recommend to anyone with known pelvic floor dysfunction, women trying to conceive, pregnant women, or any man or woman who has unresolved low back/hip/tailbone pain.
