My cranial sacral therapy with Maureen has been almost...transformative. Maureen’s skill has given a “voice” to the stress that chronic pain can cause. Maureen’s gift to me has been educating me about my body giving me different practices for continued healing. JB

Maureen has a deeply-grounded, earnest and compassionate approach to CST and healing. Her ability to hold and provide, without hurry or agenda, a very beneficial energetic space for healing within her patients, her outstanding ability to truly listen and give helpful feedback, and her gentle and intuitive touch make her one of the best holistic bodyworkers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Maureen is offering a wonderful Yoga class that's pretty unique. In her intuitive manner she intergrates Restorative Yoga and relaxation techniques with Svwaroopa Yoga (attention to the release of the muscles surrounding the spine). This combination centers breath and the releasing of muscles that surround the spine with the goal of giving support to helping the body to restore itself to its healthful state. I highly recommend Maureen's class. It's for all ages, injuries or not, to regain and repair lost health and learn relaxation techniques.

Maureen did intra-oral work that allowed me to start breathing through my nose again... I was a mouth breather after a car accident in my 20's

Maureen has a warm, lovely studio where she welcomes clients for CranioSacral Therapy and Restorative Yoga. Maureen is a very knowledgeable, gentle, heartful practitioner. Her passion for creating healing space where clients can feel truly held, enabling them to relax and open to their own inner wisdom and optimal health is so very evident in all of Maureen’s interactions and guidance.
