Smart Body Integrative Massage Therapy in Lexington

I came to Laura Lee who is the owner of smart body massage in desperate need of help where I have MS and other chronic health conditions that cause issues with my mobility and pain. The office building is an older traditional brick Lexington style building but the treatment area was so so cozy! It was nice and warm and inviting and I felt comfortable right away! Laura was so beyond professional and could literally feel everything that was going on in my body (even could tell where I was hurting by how I was standing and my body language). She used hot stones as well which really helped so much! She guided me through what she was doing and the relief I had after seeing her was actually unbelievable!! I could not recommend smart body and Laura enough.. literally never had another massage experience as amazing as this one!

I've seen Laura Lee several times now and she has that perfect combination of warmth and professionalism! She is very skilled, responsive to feedback (more/less pressure, etc.), and had good suggestions for things to be aware of and/or work on at home. So happy I found her and hoping to make appointments more regularly as I work on improving my overall health!

This place is a hidden gem!!!! Laura Lee and Lisa are so professional. The treatment is very clean, located inside an older traditional Lexington building. I highly recommend them and always support small businesses first!

Had my first Ashiatsu experience at Smart Body Massage with Laura Lee. It was tremendous. Easily the deepest massage I’ve ever had. Her knowledge and technique was incredible. I’ll definitely be back.

Lisa is my favorite massage therapist. Shes very intuitive and does excellent work. I have also had amazing sessions with Laura. Laura even got in touch with me and covered a session that I had booked with Lisa but got cancelled. The place itself is very nice and well kept. Everyone is so nice.
