I have been enjoying the benefits of the W. Rhythm Fitness program with Wanessa for over 7 years. At every class there is something new and I appreciate how Wanessa is always learning more about the mind/body connection she promotes. I was away for a month and when I returned I felt stronger - literally within a week. The studio is warm and inviting and the energy is amazing!

Pilates sessions with Wanessa are terrific. She is very knowledgeable and able to assess the needs and capabilities of her clients. Each session is comprised of a balanced variety of exercises that address different aspects of physical conditioning. I particularly like that Wanessa challenges me to venture beyond what I think I can do and encourages me to work toward new goals. At the end of the sessions I feel rejuvenated.

Wanessa’s energy is electrifying and her positivity is simply contagious. After my workouts at her studio I feel accomplished and leave more energized. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable. My favorite classes at her studio are the dance workouts. I personally love her style! I was a little nervous to get started with Wanessa because I was feeling a little slow moving and a great need to be kind to myself. In just a few weeks I feel such a difference! The gentle, slow movements of the workouts are exactly what I've needed. I feel myself growing stronger. My body just savors the pilates machines and the way that Wanessa eases me further into the stretches feels great. I find that after my 30 minute workout my body craves a nice brisk walk. I'm so grateful for this experience!

Wanessa is an all-around fitness cheerleader! She offers a variety of classes and keeps them all fun - never boring! Her classes are challenging but not overwhelmingly difficult. And she offers modifications for many of the exercises, should you need it. I guarantee, you’ll feel healthier and happier if you just give her a chance!

From Pilates with the Reformer, Cadillac and other machines, to Pilates on the mat, Yoga Barre, W Rhythm Total Body Fitness, Zumba and Reiki, Wanessa will tailor an individual program to meet her client's needs, regardless of age or physical fitness.
