Ally's Boxing Hub is, by far, the best athletic facility of this kind in the area! No one else comes close. I have really enjoyed the boxing and fitness classes and have to say that they are always evolving to make them interesting. The level of intensity is also excellent. It's a great gym run by great instructors!

I have been struggling for awhile trying to get back into a routine of working out and ever since I joined Ally’s Boxing Club I have been feeling stronger and more motivated to get back in shape. I have tried many other gyms and classes but none of them helped me to find that motivation and training I needed. Ally is an amazing trainer and a person that understands each individual needs. I highly recommend Ally’s for all ages and fitness goals!!

I'm a very youthful 79 years old but I had hit an exercise and movement slump that scared me. I just "didn't want to". I happened to walk past Ally's in late Dec '24 and felt a spark of interest and I am so glad I followed up. I just LOVE going there, and moving, not to mention hitting and kicking - very therapeutic! When I leave after even just a 30 minute morning class I feel energized and alive. What a gift! Ally is an amazing instructor. She is fun, open, warm, honest and real. She's also very good at analyzing what you need. I do both classes and personal training with her The other instructors I've worked with have been terrific and the other gym goers I've met (and worked out with) have been lovely to know (and punch!) This is a place where encouragement lives. I feel blessed to be a part of it and the negative review frankly seems really off. Not my experience at all.

I've been a member of Ally's for almost 10 months now and couldn't be happier! I am a regular at 30 min HIIT classes and morning stretching class. I really feel the difference in quality of life - I have more energy, my endurance greatly improved (I play beach volleyball on a regular basis) and I lost significant amount of weight. I love it that it's just 30 minutes, but such a great impact! Overall, Ally is a wonderful person - always cheerful, well wishing and fun to spend time with! She is also great on professional level - thoughtful, knowledgeable, flexible. And that's no wonder - she's been in business for few decades now. I also really enjoy the HIIT instructors I am working with - Toro and Raul are awesome! So much positive energy from both! And of course, high level of professionalism! All in all, I highly recommend Ally's for people looking to improve quality of their life - it's a great opportunity, don't miss on it! (and I should also add that prices are really good!)

I'm so glad that Ally decided to make my neighborhood the home of Ally's Boxing Hub! I didn't have any experience with boxing before last year, but knew that it was a kind of movement that felt good to me, and was interested in finally getting serious about developing upper body strength. Traveling to some of the places further in town wasn't terribly convenient, and for what it's worth, when I went to some of the big chain boxing places in Boston I found it intimidating — they pretty clearly had a particular model of who they were trying to serve, and I wasn't it. Ally is so different, and it's been absolutely perfect for me! As someone who's had lots of negative experiences with fitness folks over the course of my life, my experiences with Ally has been nothing but positive. She has been incredibly receptive and adaptive to my goals and capabilities as I've worked through a significant injury, is positive and encouraging and does an amazing job both challenging me and giving me opportunities to feel great about challenging myself, and clearly has a physical trainer's eye for keeping people safe while helping them get strong. I can't recommend working with Ally enough — especially if you're interested in hitting some stuff but don't know if boxing is actually right for you. (One word of advice — there was one or two times I went by the front door and didn't go in because I didn't see anyone at the check-in desk. Don't be afraid to poke your head in the door! It's a cozy space but it's narrow and long, so sometimes people are down at one end and away from the door. Ally is very friendly and happy to say hello.)

The owner of “Ally’s boxing” likes to steal money from customers, my son is not the first she steals from. Many other people that have went to this place has had the same experience with that person. Don’t waste your time or money on this ridiculous place.

Member for about 6 months now. I enjoy the class based gym and there are a variety of very reasonably priced membership options. Great for all people and skill levels. Instructors are great. There’s always a woman staff member present as well :) Helpful to note: I’ve seen many people try the HIIT class expecting boxing and there usually isn’t any. It’s a high intensity interval class and great exercise. Most (if not all) other classes offer elements of boxing so if that’s what you’re looking for perhaps try the M/W 7:30pm option.
