Clinical herbalist Heather Plant offers holistic herbal wellness consultations for stress management coaching, female reproductive concerns, and digestive discomfort. We also have a variety of online (& in person) classes on holistic wellness, herbal medicine, stress and anxiety management, spirituality and intuition, as well as earth medicine and seasonal living. Our on site farm grows medicinal herbs to use in our apothecary to make custom formulas for clients, as well as various herbal wares. I had heard of flower essences before, but had never tried them. I was excited to learn about them from Heather, and even more excited for the opportunity to try them.
