Theory SkateShop in Holyoke

Cool store and all. It’s unfortunate that the staff that I have seen don’t know a thing about customer service. I went in there for a raffle recently, and I was treated with disgust as well as given false information.

Theory is a local business that's been operating for over 20 years and offers great service and selection! There's not many of these local skate shops around and they have an incredible selection of skate decks, shoes, and clothing. Staff is always attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

First time here the employee was more on his phone than tended to the customer got the wrong size went to bring it back there was four people working that up on me because I’m a female guaranteed and my attitude took them differently because they gave me the wrong size And size they don’t refund first experience And they suck I would not shop there

Ordered a product online got a lot of help specifically from Tyler the associate over the phone He was very helpful and patient with me and made me a customer for life!

I went on the theory website and found a pair of cool dunks for sale. Processing time was much faster than other skate shops. Very happy with the shop and low price for shipping.

Great experience. Went to get a new setup after not skating in years and Tyler was a huge help. He was super knowledgeable about the gear, patient while I fed my newborn daughter while looking at boards, and put together an amazing setup for me. Having gone to the old Theory shops as a kid, it was nice to come back and get that kind of welcome.

My credit card information was stolen and used to make in store purchases here. I would have hoped a red flag would have gone off to the employee who manually entered my credit card number in twice for a thousand dollars worth of merchandise to at least ask for some id. Maybe update your policy and not accept keyed in information for purchases. My bank canceled and refunded my credit card so I'm good. To the thief- enjoy whatever you got, seems like a cool store.
