Very good foot and deep tissue massage. with a busy schedule, a good 30 minutes is enough time for weekly therapy for back pain and walking and standing for long hours for work. The guys are friendly, clean and pleasant space, convenient location inside the mall, and no need to make appointment ahead of time

I had my first-ever massage at the Relax Station in the Holyoke Mall, and it was nothing short of an experience. I went for the $28, 20-minute table massage option, where you lay on your stomach and let the experts do their thing. A few minutes in, a man asked if I wanted to add a $15 foot combo. Naturally, I said yes—why not? It felt like taking my body to the shop and saying, “Go ahead, fix me up.” The staff was genuinely friendly and seemed fascinated by my double-sock routine. They even had a moment of strategic deliberation over how far they’d need to push my pants up to get to the top of my long socks. A small detail, but it added to the charm of the experience. As for the massage itself, it was filled with all kinds of firsts. For starters, it’s been decades since anyone put my socks back on for me—a true throwback to infancy. And while I did briefly wish I’d cut my toenails beforehand, it didn’t detract from the relaxing atmosphere. The elbow work up and down my spine? Easily the best part. My arms being massaged and watching my fingers move involuntarily? Unexpectedly fascinating. There were also some amusing internal moments. At one point, I felt like I might need to pass gas but managed to hold it in (thankfully). I also became acutely aware of the burger I’d just eaten moving around like it was on its own adventure. But honestly, these little quirks just made the experience more memorable. By the end, I was relaxed, refreshed, and full of thoughts like, “I need to tell my sister to remind me I was here if any part of my body starts acting up in the next month.” It was meditative, rejuvenating, and entertaining all at once. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Relax Station delivered a great experience, and I left feeling like my body had been given a proper tune-up. I’ll definitely be back!

Overpriced and underdelivered. This place is a buff and shine and they dont really know what theyre doing. It’s obvious they dont know anything about actual massage therapy. They try to pressure you for a tip at the end. Sorry, tips are earned not entitled. I wouldnt go back this place just isnt good and expensive compared to ofher options as well.

It was a great, effective massage. The pressure was sufficient, 5 Stars. But... The chair was horrible. As the masseur pressed on me, my chin was hitting the steel under the cushion. So, - 1. Also, the masseur seems to be a smoker because I can smell their shirt, and I don't like the smell of smoke, any smoke. - 1.

This massage shop has another small shop at the side door of the mall near the bowling alley. The shop is very clean and quiet. The masseuse is very nice and friendly. She gave me an amazing massage. I will come back often.

Went to get a reflexology massage and the massage therapist did it sooo hard it hurt. I told him 3 times that it hurt and just kept doing it had to move my foot away. Then my husband was suppose to get a bed back massage and gave him a chair massage he was pressing so hard on my husband's next his face was hitting the metal part in chair he told him to take it easy 3 times and finally just got up out of chair. Doesn't understand stand English. He made the massage not relaxing at all. He sucked. Don't recommend them at all.

The massage method they do at home is very relaxing, comfortable and formal. My shoulder pain is all done.
