Delicious shakes and refreshing teas. This place is a gem in Holyoke. Great energy and Jazmin the owner is wonderful. I was able to order a dry prep for the week so I don’t skip meal/snacks and she did not disappoint.

When it comes to your health this is the place to get tasty shakes without all the regret from junk. Tasty nutritious shakes and teas to keep you energized, I honestly would recommend this place to the people who are looking to better their nutritional lifestyles.

Went to their grand opening today. Cute shop with a big selection of protein shakes that taste like milkshakes and energy teas that literally give you energy for the entire day. I had the grape and coconut flavor tea today. So good! Absolutely will be going back!!!
