How long does it take to see a oral surgeon??..I been waiting for a call since July..every time I, call they tell me" I'm on the list we will call you"..still waiting!! They can't give you a specific date wth!!

I had to go to the walk in center. I was really very ill. The nurse who saw me was friendly, kind and explained everything as we went along. She was very experienced and knew what to do when I fainted. Brigit made me feel safe and cared for. I barely saw a doctor because it became an emergency and she got me to the ER before my appendix broke. She was great. Calm under pressure snd super nice.

Whatever you do, DO NOT, get an xray done there. I wasn't informed until after it was done that it would take a week to receive my results. It's been 10 days now. So I called and now they're telling me 2 to 3 weeks. This is ridiculous. This isn't Healthcare.

Horrible experience! I've spent a month trying to make a new patient appointment. Just leave messages on their answering machine only to get a call back instructing me to call the same number and leave another voicemail. If you care about your health, go elsewhere... Anywhere.

They did not help. They give your information to others knowingly its not allowed an it goes against the rules . Theyve delayed my Appointment an wasted my 5 hours of my time and didnt do the purpose of my appointment for only 2 papers! Its ridiculous to assist any help from them because there gonna make you run around everywhere. Alot of them are supposed to be fired in Medical records Covid center and Pediatrics. False information no assistance and invalid of rules theyve got away with. The one last paper for that appointment. Magically the paper disappeared when i gave it to the pediatrician. They are Un professional and full of immature workers in this company. There should be 0 star review for this HHC

This review is specifically for the dental center. I had made three appointments for June and July for fillings. I was only able to get one appointment to stick. They continuously rescheduled the other appointments THREE TIMES and now they are going as far out as December. After feeling totally disregarded by their staff I’ve decided to go to a different dentist who was able to schedule and see me WITHIN A WEEK. Don’t go here if you want to be seen in a timely manner.
