Altitude Trampoline Park - Holyoke in Holyoke

I brought my two grandchildren the other day and what a positive experience we had; the young lady at the counter couldn't have been nicer. She explained a couple of things and still had a smile when I troubled her twice for ice cream :-) The newly renovated space was clean and the kids had a great time.

My teenager had a great time. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and it was not overcrowded. Will definitely go again.

We had a great experience, so much fun! Staff there were so attentive to our group. The owner Raphael went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable time and that all of our needs were met. We will be back soon!

I brought my 12 year old son here today, after the recent renovations and he loved it. He really liked the new additions/new games that were added during the renovation. Both my sons have been going here for years and they have always enjoyed their "jump" time. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We have never had a bad experience here. We will definitely go back again!

our new favorite hang out place! it has been renovated with a lot of new equipment and play spaces! it is a great place to spend an afternoon or have a party! the staff are very kind and helpful too! fun for all ages

Our girls love going to Altitude Trampoline Park. We have had both daughters birthday party there last year, & we are having 1 of our daughters again this weekend. We go there all year round. It gets their energy out. The facility is nice. The staff is always very friendly.

Came in last minute for a small get together for my step son’s 6th birthday. First of all he had a blast; my husband even went and jumped around with the kids too!! AND my step son would not stop talking about how much fun he had playing on all the trampolines on the way home. Which obviously, parents for the win. Second, the staff is absolutely incredible, friendly, accommodating, and over all just fantastic people. The entire place is clean too. From the tables to the floors to the bathrooms. Associates were actively cleaning while we were there to maintain the location. Which is awesome! Along with just being so patient with everything. 10/10. Seriously. All I have to say is thank you so much for making it a fun day for my step son to have for his birthday, it was amazing. And my husband and I will definitely be coming back for more family fun! <3 P.s. if you plan on going a lot, look into the memberships. (Worth it~~)
