I have been going to Boom for over a year now, and I wouldn’t go to any other gym. Boom is always spotlessly clean, and the relative exclusivity means never having to wait for machines or weights. I’ve been receiving personal training from Sean, and I could not recommend him more. He is knowledgeable and encouraging and really understands how to create workouts with incredible results. Boom is an absolute five star and I could not recommend it enough.

I joined this gym 3 years ago after meeting Sean through mutual friends. I was 48 at the time and now at 51 I am in better shape and look drastically better than I did in my 20's. I had no idea what I was doing when I joined and thanks to the knowledge Sean has for both training and how to properly diet, I am at my absolute healthiest. There is no place I would rather be after work than here.

I worked with Sean for almost six months and was blown away at the results we achieved. I was nervous to injure myself since I was so out of shape, but Sean’s knowledge and expertise came into play every step of the way. The time he spend in making sure my body was conditioned to do heavy lifting was so appreciated. I was in the best shape for my wedding thanks to him. The gym itself is so clean, has great equipment, such a great vibe, down to the music 🎶

I've been going to Boom! for 1 year and a few months for personal training and with two sessions a week I'm easily in the best shape I've ever been! I came in as someone who hadn't been in the gym for several years and only had a bit of casual strength training in college. Since starting I've learned so much on a variety of topics such as important factors of a healthy diet (and powering your body for workouts), workout recovery, and movement variations in addition to how and when they're helpful. I'm naturally pretty curious, wanting to know how things work and Sean doesn't hoard secrets - he likes to teach and share knowledge, which I love because I never feel embarrassed for asking questions and wanting to know more. When I've had minor injuries or sore spots, he's always gracefully shifted the workouts to work around them until they feel good enough to work on again. The sessions are challenging but not unreasonably so and there's lots of variety so it's hard to get bored. The other gym-goers there are kind and respectful; it's a supportive environment and it's been great getting to see them all progress too! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a tailored program or even just searching for something different. I'm super grateful for having chosen Boom! and Sean's guidance and coaching!

Boom has made me a better person physically and mentally. Sean's expertise in training has helped me complete achievements I've never done before in my 6 years of lifting. Due to medical reasons I dropped almost 30 pounds and was struggling to get back to my weight of 160lbs. Went to boom at 131lbs and am now 7 months into the program and am weighing roughly 142lbs. No doubt I'll get there with the help of Coach Sean. BOOM!

I’ve been with Boom athletics for one year and I can easily say this is the strongest I have ever been in my life. I participated in college athletics about 10 years ago and really missed the structure and community once I graduated and was never able to focus on my strength the way I wanted to on my own. Working with boom athletics has given me the knowledge, confidence, structure, and community I was looking for. This gym is small, private, and has a great vibe. The progress I’ve seen with just 2 sessions a week over the last year has been phenomenal! Highly recommend!
