I discovered Ching and Heights of Wellness through one of her current students. I had been living with chronic hip and back pain for years and even though I had started receiving more chiropractic, acupuncture and massage care, something was missing. Adding her Purposeful Movement and Qigong classes to my wellness routine was what my body needed to better incorporate all of the other healing practices. Ching has helped me to be stronger and more balanced as well as more aware of how I am moving and carrying myself throughout the day. My manual therapist referred me to Ching and Heights of Wellness (HOW) almost a year ago due to a condition that brings pain and instability to my joints, tendons and ligaments.
