Mercury Swim Institute in Hampden

Always a fun place to bring the kids. They love lessons there!!

If I could give negative stars I would! We reached out to Mercury Swim before Christmas about private swim lessons for my 2 year grandson. We were advised that this would work and so we gave him swim lessons as a Christmas gift. After the holidays my daughter attempted to contact Mercury multiple times by phone (leaving several messages), through facebook (again leaving several messages) and attempted to email (which was returned as the email was no longer active). No one ever answered or contacted her back. In March I finally reached out again to Mercury and they advised that they were too busy and not interested in providing swim lessons. Terrible business! Terrible customer service!

I have gone there with my children who are now adults and I am back with my grandson! Miss Pat, Miss Linda and Miss Julie are wonderful! I would and do highly recommend going there! I have had many friends and family go to Mercury! Compassion, patience and professionalism!

I took my children there a year ago and am going back again. She's a very good teacher and very experienced. I feel very safe with what she is teaching and she has a great staff...
