Saco Bay Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy - Hampden in Hampden

I went in for a back and shoulder issue and Courtney was my therapist. She is amazing. She sets you up with exercises that will help you get back to your normal functioning with out stressing other areas of the body. Professional and clean facility and all staff is friendly. If you’re looking for a pleasant rehab I would give them a try.

Saco Bay has changed my life, and I wouldn't be physically functional without them. I have had 3 heart surgeries, and Courtney has rehabilitated me from barely able to stand up to being active and walking many miles. I recently lost all feeling in my leg, and have struggled to walk because of it. But after a few weeks of being back with Courtney, I'm starting to get some feeling back. She knows the body so acutely, and can pinpoint and target your problem with a gifted precision. Though I spend most of my time with Courtney, I have also worked with Chris and Garth a few times and they are also great. The front staff are always courteous and sweet. I never have scheduling issues; they're organized and know their patients. The environment is comfortable and friendly, everyone is rooting for you, even other patients that you get to know. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I wouldn't trust anywhere else to take care of me and know me the way they do. Saco Bay all the way <3

The experience is very good can hurt a bit but it is worth it in the end. I tore my labrum in my left shoulder Northan Medical did surgery on it. I could barely move my arm after the surgery but now I can move it just as much as my right shoulder.

Great experience both times. Staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They work with you to help get you back up and running and customize the ptbto siut you and will alter the plan to keep your recovery on track. I will com back if needed but hopefully not

Had a torn labrum from dislocating my shoulder and was back to playing in 2 months, staff was wonderful and got me back to full mobility and stability. Would recommend to anybody who needs athletic physical therapy!
