Snap Fitness in Hampden

Filled out a form on the website because I was interested in becoming a new member. It’s been weeks and no one has reached out to me.

Excellent array and quantity of equipment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and welcoming environment. Very happy with my choice to join.

Love this gym. its a true 24 hour gym. wish they didn't have obnoxiously loud music on at 12am because i want to hear my own music on my headphones but that's pretty much all gyms. So 5 stars. they be open.

The worst ever. Too expensive. The owner and management were rude and unwelcoming. You have to live in that neighborhood to not be looked at like your gonna steal something.

Whenever I return to MA, this gym is always accommodating to my needs. I usually only come for a month or two at a time and they are always flexible. Staff is very friendly! While this isn’t the biggest gym ever, they have all the essentials and it’s more than sufficient. On top of that, it’s never super crowded so you don’t feel like you’re waiting for equipment.

Men please be careful they have little girls working there that will lie and tell the Manger that you've said or done things that are completely untrue. All it takes is one accusation to ruin your life......not worth the trouble, tons of other gyms that are bigger, better staffed, cheaper and have a far better selection of equipment

*disclaimer: I’ve never written a bad review in my life* I’ve belonged to this gym for over a year, their manager has been rude on more than one occasion but when I tried to discontinue my membership she was condescending and unprofessional. I did not realize I would be continuously charged after my debit card on file expired; when I asked for her to explain she stated "you should try reading the contract" (which by the way I never signed) and then blackmailed me by threatening to send me to collections over 70$. I asked for proof that I signed their contract… so she sent me the contract via email with my name forged onto the document. Needless to say, I can't afford a lawyer so I paid them their $70 that they apparently needed so badly

Really nice gym. Conveniently located next to a liquor store, pizza place and Dunkin! This place has it all! There is an abundance of cardio equipment with plenty of resistance and free weights. Even a stair stepper and rower make an appearance. The bathrooms are separate for male and female and have two showers and plenty of room to change and stow your gear. There's also a nice room for classes and on demand video classes. I'll definitely be back!!
