Willow Tree Pilates is a calm, distraction-free home studio where you will receive personalized instruction. You will enjoy a private, boutique studio experience where you can focus on your session. We offer private Pilates sessions for strength and flexibility, as well as Rossiter sessions to relieve pain and restore mobility.

I have been doing pilates with Jess now for about a year and she's been a terrific instructor. I had developed several issues over the last few years (osteoporosis and a chronic shoulder condition) that I thought would keep me from doing pilates. But Jess has been able to make adjustments that allow me to be very successful. She's very knowledgeable and can tailor a session to avoid aggravating problem areas while still providing a challenging pilates workout. She is also one of the nicest people I know!
Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and pays careful attention to my individual issues and body mechanics. She’s willing to try alternative techniques based on what’s working and what’s not. She’s very organized and keeps notes on each session and updates my home program as needed. Jess is very easy to talk to and it’s been wonderful getting to know her. I highly recommend her as a pilates instructor!
I have been working with Jessica for a few months. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to figure out what each client needs. She gives exercises to do in between appts. and spends time figuring out what each client needs during each session. She is always assessing their needs.
They say there are over 600 muscles in the human body, and Jessica knows every one of them. Furthermore, she is a virtual library of exercises for each -- even the smallest, most underused ones. Her approach is low-key, encouraging, and good humored. Workouts with her are fun, even when they are challenging, and they always leave you surprised at what you're capable of. I first went to Willow Tree Pilates with a running injury: a pain in my hip that I just couldn't shake. The injury is long forgotten, but I continued my weekly sessions with Jessica for several months. I feel I have more balance and grace in my everyday life as a result of my Willow Tree workouts and instruction. I highly recommend Jessica to help you build core strength and to work muscles you probably didn't even know you have.
Jessica at Willow Tree Pilates is incredible. She has extensive knowledge of Pilates and created personalized plans each week to help target my goals as well as those identified through the initial posture evaluation. As someone who loves high intensity cardio, I was continually amazed at Jessica’s ability to challenge me with different positions and especially the cardio tramp!
