I love this place. It’s affordable. The gym is a very large space with a variety of equipment for general lifting and specialized programs. There are also showers and a sauna and other services I don’t use like tanning. The hours are excellent. I’m very happy to be a member. I feel very comfortable here as a woman lifting heavy. All kinds of people workout here. If you’re local, the first week is free. Try it out!
I visit periodically and always choose this location to lift. Strikes a great balance between being welcoming with friendly people and staff and still having enough equipment for hardcore lifters.
Just moved to the area and very grateful to have such a nice local gym! Great equipment and facility at a fair price. Staff is wonderful as well.
Good gym. They should have an option to cancel memberships over the phone though. I moved away and found I was still being charged membership almost a year later. I called and had to write them a letter and mail it to cancel membership.
I do love this gym. Plenty of machines. Danielle who works in the morning is a very pleasant person! She always greets with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Please do yourself a favor and try the vanilla peanut butter cup smoothie!
Kings is a great gym. Moved to the area few years back and joined when they were in their old location. Love the new location. Reminds me of the two gyms from my hometown. Thankful for the positive environment they have there
Been going there for about 17 years now all told, both in its original location in downtown Greenfield and in its new, larger and even better equipped facility on Chapman Street still in Greenfield. Owner/operators Robin and Sean are great people and have really invested in a great place. Both a "gym" and a "fitness center ", you will find everything you need for all exercise styles.
Good gym, staff friendly and helpful. Really needs an adjustable cable setup and needs some newer equipment. $25 for a week pass is a good price too. Your female PT needs to teach good gym etiquette though, not one client she trained was instructed to clean or wipe down machines.
