Mend. Sustainable Spa & Retail in Great Barrington

We had a lovely couples massage by Ned and Bella. We were greeted in a friendly manner and offered tea before our massages. The massages were serene with relaxing music and we had a lovely time. The gift shop is adorable too!

What a GEM of a spa! Everything about the experience was top notch from the front desk staff to the welcoming atmosphere, to the thoughtful design throughout; it was if we stepped into another world. I went with my sister, and we wished we had booked ourselves more services for the day. We each had the pleasure of having Kevin for our massage therapist. He was kind, intentional, a great communicator, and I personally enjoyed his technique. I would highly recommend Kevin! We will be back.

From the moment I walked into Mend for the first time, my shoulders relaxed and I felt cared for. The warm neck pillow and herbal tea we enjoyed while waiting for our massage were a delight, and the calming atmosphere in the lounge really put us in the mood for our massage. Ned gave me just the massage I was hoping for--good deep pressure, and he really relaxed my tight legs and hips from skiing. Only complaint is that the 75 minutes flew by too quickly! We can't wait for our next visit to Mend.

Mend is a phenomenal experience. As you walk in the door, you are greeted by a beautiful retail shop and friendly front desk. You are then guided by your masseuse to the back area where the massages take place & you get to choose an aromatic blended oil for your personalized massage. In the meditative waiting room you are offered several types of teas. Everything is well curated and thought out. Decor spot on, and the minute you walk in the back you feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. My massage was one of the best massages I have ever had. My masseuse, the owner, Ericka is so intuitive and healing that every part of my body felt lifted and released. I cannot recommend more. You will in essence, truly, walk out “mended”.

I live out of state and was in town visiting family. I was in need of a massage to help with upper back and neck tension. I wish I lived here because Erika gave me the best massage I ever had. She addressed my problem areas and her massage was a cross between deep tissue and stretching my muscles which was the most amazing experience, and I have never felt so wonderful after a massage. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing with so many extras. When you arrive they bring you back to this quiet space where you can have a cup a tea while they place a warm wrap around your neck and shoulders. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and made me feel right at ease. If you want a relaxing experience, with a customized massage with knowledgeable and friendly people don’t hesitate, book now.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Erika and front desk staff (I didn’t get her name). The boutique was immaculate. So fun that there was gorgeous thrifted clothing to sort through and a selected of fine wellness products. Now the service. Absolutely beyond. It was truly a five senses experience, I cannot wait to go back and bring my husband. Every single detail has been curated with intention and the space is so clearly built on love.

This was my third massage with Erika. Never have I ever been able to relax so deeply as during the treatment on March 5th. Thanks to Erika’s ability to listen deeply and using her intuition and professional knowledge I had such a wonderful massage experience.. The atmosphere she created at MEND is superior to any other place where I have received massages. She and her kind and accommodating staff deserve my highest praise!
