I have had an outstanding experience at Physical Therapy Gloucester. It's location is ideal (in the Gloucester Y with lots of parking) and the PT suite is attractive, clean and very well run. Most important, however, was the skill and warmth of Susan, the PT I worked with and the very positive results I got from our work together.
I had a fantastic experience being treated at Physical Therapy Gloucester. The team members I dealt with were wonderful. Michelle, the scheduler was so accommodating and creative in making sure appointments could fit my schedule. Beth is the PT I worked with and I knew from my first assessment I was in wonderful hands! She took a comprehensive approach to the issues I was being treated for, connecting dots between my medical history, exercise routine and lifestyle. I have no doubt I'll use what she taught me throughout my lifetime.
I recently finished PT for my SI joint and am very happy with the treatment I received from Susan Cecilio. She is patient, understanding and competent, and I feel as if I have an excellent at home program and am prepared to continue my exercises on my own. I also can go back, if necessary, which is quite reassuring. Michelle the office manager was always very helpful and I think the background music is a wonderful stress reliever. The facility was new and clean and the staff warm. It was great to have the YMCA gum right there, allowing use of their machines when appropriate. All in all, an excellent resource in Gloucester!
I recently completed a PT program at Lahey in the new YMCA facility, which is exceptionally beautiful ,clean, and very well equipped. The staff were all pleasant and professional. My therapist,Beth, is very kind, caring, quite knowledgeable, and very enthusiastic. She took the time to listen and with her experience and expertise she developed a plan of care that helped me attain my goals. There are not enough words to express my gratitude and thanks for such fine and individualized care.
I just finished PT for my knee today and am very happy with the treatment I received from Susan Cecilio. She is patient, understanding and competent, and I feel as if I have an excellent at home program and am prepared to continue my exercises on my own. I also can go back, if necessary, which is quite reassuring. The facility was new and clean and the staff warm. It was great to have the YMCA gum right there, allowing use of their machines when appropriate. All in all, an excellent resource in Gloucester!
Beth was amazing!! Listened to all of my concerns in regard to exercises I did not feel comfortable doing and switched them to ones that worked best for me. Two and a half months later I have completed my PT program, but will continue to do my program at home which she tailored for me. Thanks to Beth I am stronger and more confident moving forward. Michelle who helped me with all of my appointments was always welcoming, informative and never too busy to help me. Thank you to everyone who assisted me in this journey to being stronger and more confident.
This was my first experience with physical therapy. Alyssa and the rest of the staff helped me feel comfortable with this new experience. Alyssa did an exceptional job assessing my issue, my progress and adjusting to any flareups I had. When I ended my program I had reduced knee pain, increased knee strength and mobility and an understanding of what I can do on my own to manage my condition. Thanks to everyone I interacted with at Physical Therapy Gloucester for this positive experience!
I have had two knee replacement surgeries in the past two years. After the first surgery, the management at the Gloucester Physical Therapy office at Addison Gilbert assigned me Alyssa Williamson. Alyssa's treatment of my condition and symptoms was superb. I requested her on my second go-around. Alyssa meets her clients where they are. I'm a trained yoga instructor and avidly pursue outdoors activities and sports. She got right on my "wave length," even collaborating with me about the routines I would adopt to hasten recovery. I cannot recommend her more highly.
