This gym is awesome with a lot of additional equipment in various random spots on the premises that makes it kind of fun. More space and cleaner air than planet fitness. Easily worth the price. the pool and basketball courts are maintained well. The music appears to be locked in to classic rock but I like it. The parking lot makes no sense with 50% of all spots being handicapped but I doubt they will tow you if you have no choice but to park in a handicapped when all the normal spots are taken. The wet wipes they have are too saturated, I would prefer separate paper towels and cleaning spray, and possibly better yoga mats. Overall I'd say it's the best fitness club around

Solid staff, big weight room, big pool, three sizable basketball areas, reasonable pricing. Overall, would recommend

I totally enjoy the morning water aerobics class. The water and air temperature is perfect. Paula is the instructor. She is the best. We have so much fun, we don't even notice she's got us kicking butt 🤣 Great exercise!

I have been to this gym since it opened, and it really hasn't changed all that much. We lost the sauna in the pool room. That was a big hit, we all loved it. For some reason, the treadmills all overheat after a 20 minute run... I think it's a good price. The pool and the kids swimming lessons are good although very difficult to sign up for. They really need to clean out the lockers in the bathrooms. I know that they have signs saying they're going to do this. But some of them clearly haven't been cleaned out even before covid.

Not a bad price to go and have some fun $10 for an adult to swim $5 for kids also praised covers if you wanted to use the equipment However when we did go the heater for the pool had been broken previously and the water was extremely cold too cold for me but my nine-year-old son it didn't bother as kids can swim and not be affected by the colder water unlike us older folk LOL

4+ decades going to gyms from Boston to Maine to NH, and Christa is the best dance aerobic (Group Groove) instructor I have ever seen. She's not just an instructor, she's an entertainer & a performer, and I can't take my eyes off her when she's dancing! Fun and highly motivating, I really hope she's paid accordingly! BEAUTIFUL swimming pool, water's warm and relaxing. Also, manager is friendly and helpful, noticing me when I looked lost and escorted me to my class. The only (and less important) downsides: lockers are old and many of them have latches that don't work. Very frustrating when you've put all your clothes in a locker and then realize the latch is broken and it can't be locked. You guys need new lockers, or at least replace the broken latches. Water pools in the showers which is a health hazard as far as carrying fungi & bacteria. (Update: I think this has been fixed as all the water is now going quickly down the drain.) Also, the weight machines are not high quality and the area is very small. New observations: The members are very friendly, many of them smiling and saying hello even though they don't know me. On the other hand, I've noticed some people in the Group Groove class stand in the exact same place for every class regardless of how close they are to other people or who was there before them. It's as if there's a BIG circle drawn on the floor that's THEIR space and they're unable to move so that they're equidistant to those around them. One woman took a space that was about 2 feet from me on her right and about 8 feet from another person on her left. She complained to other people that she couldn't move. The reality is that she would not move from her "spot". My old gym had signs on the doors saying, "No one can reserve a spot." Also, when a class is crowded, you have to limit the amount of space you're taking up. If someone wants to take up 8 ft moving forward so that they end up in the row in front of them and crowding those people, there's plenty of empty space on either side of the stage for them. I don't know why they don't use it. It's just common courtesy.

The gym has everything you need to get a good workout, I just wish the cleanliness of the equipment was maintained a little better. The childcare is awesome. Tanning booth is very outdated but it worked great. The only thing missing is a hot tub and sauna and this place would be incredible!

When I learned that my medicare supplemental insurance covered health club membership, I discovered this center. It has everything one could ask, weights, classes and a pool. The staff is friendly and helpful.
