I can’t say enough about Conquer. I have never felt more comfortable at a gym than I do here. I signed up for the classes but I ended up finding an amazing community of support and motivation. The coaches push you farther than you think you can go but they will also call you out if you’re over doing it (Thanks Coach Chaise for this!)
Can you be in love with a gym? Pretty sure you can! I love Conquer Fitness! The coaches and owners are knowledgeable, approachable and fun. I have been with them for a few years - I spent several months doing personal training as I continued rehabbing after a couple of injuries. Then moved to the group classes - which have grown tremendously! I have enjoyed watching the rapid growth. Seems like yesterday - they were in one bay industrial space- now they have 4. Because of their commitment and approach to health and fitness they have created a community of fans! All ages, all genders fit right in. They make it fun. I am usually a “keep my head down, don’t say much, workout and go home kind of girl”… but at Conquer… it feels like family. You don’t want to miss a class. … not to mention more than reasonably priced. 5 gold stars!
Awesome place! I’ve always hated working out and never found a gym that I would stick with long enough to make it a habit. But this, this is the place. I do the group classes and semi-private training. I love the format of their classes, which you have to sign up for in advance. And you’d better show up - they take attendance. This keeps me accountable. Without it, I’d find excuses not to go. The coaches are all great. They show you proper form and educate you on body mechanics. I still can’t say I love going to the gym, but I can say that I love the feeling when I leave. And by that I mean, my energy level, my better mood, and the physical stress released from my body. I highly recommend Conquer Fitness!
