Nice staff. Needs updating and cleaning. David, who does the early morning shift, is excellent. He works hard, takes care of things if there is a problem, and is really personable. He welcomes everyone by name and is very cheerful, but also lets everyone get to their workouts without bothering them. But a lot of the machines are old and rusty, and there is dust everywhere. The place needs some attention and a deep cleaning.

I absolutely love this gym the old school vibes are unmatched in this area! The customer service is amazing from the front desk to the cleaners amazing ppl.. if u dnt like the old school type gyms go to planet fitness 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’m so happy my contract is over within a couple of weeks. They have the absolute rudest desk girls Ive ever seen. So disrespectful no hello no goodbye which I can live with no problem. However when I want to get a shake, and there are two girls (both employees) and they’re just standing behind the counter talking to each other ignoring me, I’m sorry but that gets incredibly irritating. Instead of giving one star I gave two given the fact that the equipment works. Don’t go here spend the extra 10 bucks a month. There are far better gyms out there where you won’t be breathing mold in. This is the second bad review I’ve ever written in my life so you have to be pretty awful for me to complain.

Would give it a 0 star if I could. I’m extremely disappointed with this gym. I requested to cancel my membership, and despite being told it was canceled, they continued to charge me. I was NOT under any contract, yet they overcharged me without any explanation. When I reached out to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Be careful with how they handle your payments!

I am going to be nice and give them five stars, but to be honest it's not very clean there. Also, the facility is very humid and has an odor. The pros are the equipment is excellent for weight lifters and the patrons are very pleasant.

Phenomenal staff, great equipment, the overall vibe is exactly what I look for in a gym. It’s one of the only gyms in the area with a belt squat and a turf for pushing sleds. Great power racks and benches. The facility is two stories with tons of space so nothing feels cramped. Overall this gym is fantastic! I highly recommend Enfield Club fitness

We love CF Route 5. The staff is very friendly and its a great family gym where you can bring your kids. The kids club has a ton of toys and games for the kids which makes it nice to have a place to drop them while you workout. The gym is huge and has everything you need. Our whole family loves it.
