I love Sweet Flow Yoga for so many reasons! Heather Salazar is an encouraging, thoughtful, energetic and loving Sweet Flow Yoga instructor who helps nourish and create a great community of people who care for one another and whom love yoga! I came to Sweet Flow Yoga with severe chronic pain and nervousness about my own flexibility and strength. Going to Sunday yoga in the park and in Easthampton during the winter months helped my body and mind heal, my confidence grow, and my ability to stretch beyond my normal comfort zone to meet new people, and go beyond new limits both physically and spiritually to be replenished. I would definitely recommend Sweet Flow Yoga! I feel excited and happy to participate in Sweet Flow Yoga this summer and in next winter too! To be among such a good group of people and feeling energized by yoga is a really wonderful delight and a great way to give back to your self while also feeling apart of a community that sits down for tea and coffee together after Yoga, goes hiking or enjoys a brunch with one another. It’s a good way to feel centered and grounded. After everyone has said Namaste to one another you will also be saying a thanks to yourself for joining!
