If i could give no stars i would. I was recommended to Dr. King through a therapist that my child had been seeing. We met once and after that via zoom which is perfectly fine. It started out great with good communication, and understanding. After a med adjustment my daughter went into a full manic episode. This lasted for over 5 days. (First episode ever so we had no idea what to do) For the life of me noone could get a call back or answer from this place. We went to the er, which was useless and ended up calling our local crisis center. Even they couldn't get a return phone call for our child. Luckily my Psychiatrist had a friend who specialized in children and we drove 3 hours away to get my child help. So we went without any communication for over a week. I get a call a day after her new psychiatrist visit. Explaining he was on vacation and other family issues. I understand that happens but there should be help put in place in emergencies. Even a phone call would have been helpful. Complete neglect. I've never felt so helpless in a situation. Scheduling is a joke, cancels constantly. Which is unbelievable when you are dealing with kids going on different meds, or stopping certain ones. Stay away.

I was a student at Tri County Schools from 2010-2013 and came back in 2015-2016. It's a shame that the school shut down. I love the staff and teachers.

I honestly wish I could give this place no stars. My son suffers from functional neurological disorder, spychogenic non-epileptic seizures, disruptive mood and disregulation disorder all which were not diagnosed through this agency. This agency was referred by a hospital he was admitted in for a couple weeks, so I was excited to see if he could finally get the help he's been needing. His first therapist was great but then she had to leave this case which I heard it was cause she was fired. They assigned him 2 other people, one who actually cared and was trying to do his best to get help for him and saw him faithfully for every appointment till they took him from my sons case which I was told that he was let go as well. The other older man who was only seen a handful of times because he was always sick or felt another family needed him more had the nerve to put on paper that my son was mentally retarded based off a few times of one hour sessions with my son. This coming from a professional is completely unacceptable and this agency is a joke. Their inconsistency is not acceptable and that mentally retarded diagnosis really hurt what little self esteem he had left. So now I am back to square one and taking my time to find him someone who will be consistent and help him get the help he deserves.

In regards to psychiatrist Neil King - Does not work with insomniac patients; if you need any help associated with sleep, this doctor cannot help you and suggested my fiancee find a different psych. Wasn't upfront about this and took two months to find out the above, so just wanted to warn any future patients to avoid wasting their time. Also this entire facility is super incompetent, trust me when I say that you’ll be better off at a different location; i know you want help NOW and it sucks the state of psych medicine right now, taking months to book an appointment. But finding real help that takes a little longer will benefit you sooo much in the long run
